General Information

Ordering - Place your orders early, don't worry, we will store your calendars until you need them. We will only invoice you when your products are dispatched.

Minimum quantities - 25 units for calendars, 50 units for pocket diaries and 25 units for desk diaries.

Feel the quality - Contact us for a quotation and sample of any calendar or diary.

Mixing it up - Calendars of the same size and orientation can be costed at a grouped rate. Calendars that are different sizes or orientation qualify for grouped rates, however there will be a plate change charge for each style.

Split Delivery - We can deliver to one UK mainland address or we can split deliveries by quantity and location if required. Prices on request.

Direct Sales Force

Brunel Promotions operate with a direct sales force as well as selling to the trade. We will not accept orders via our direct sales force where a customer bought Brunel product(s) from an Agent/Distributor the previous year. Should instances occur, the order will be automatically passed to the Agent/Distributor. The same procedure will also apply in reverse. We have a policy whereby we ensure that if an Agent/Distributor has quoted a potential customer our own direct sales force will decline to quote the same customer. In order to monitor this it is necessary for us to obtain the customer's name and postcode. We do not require any additional information and we guarantee that this information is confidential and not used for any other purpose.

Brunel does not provide Agents with sole selling rights for any particular customer or exclusive areas. We reserve the right to refuse to quote against existing Brunel Trade Business.

Artwork

Calendar Overprinting
We use eight standard colours: Black, Warm Red, Reflex Blue, Pantone Green, Process Blue, Brown Pantone 463, Red Pantone 032 and Green Pantone 355. Non standard single colour and multi colour printing at additional cost. Diaries will be foil blocked in gold/silver or blind embossed, dependant on the cover material.

Artwork
Let us produce your artwork for you. Simply supply us with details of your requirement and any logos and we will do the rest. If you have produced your artwork yourself, convert your file paths or outlines otherwise supply all fonts.

When supplying your artwork, be sure you have used the correct overprint area (please refer to product specifications). We can accept digital artwork by CD, DVD and email. Acceptable formats are Adobe Illustrator (eps, ai), Quark Express (collected for output with all images and fonts included), Photoshop (eps, tiff, psd) and freehand (eps). Always send a hard copy with your artwork.

Proofing
If required, a proof will be supplied to check your advertising details before we manufacture your goods. The proof will be emailed to you in pdf format (Adobe Acrobat Reader required).

It can also be sent by fax or post on request.
